How do I apply oud oil?

Apply a small amount to pulse points — wrists, neck, and behind the ears. The warmth of these areas helps the fragrance develop. A few drops are sufficient for all-day wear due to the concentrated formula.

What is the difference between oud oil and eau de parfum?

Oud oil is a concentrated, alcohol-free fragrance applied directly to the skin. Eau de parfum is an alcohol-based spray that projects more initially but may not last as long as pure oil. Oils tend to be more intimate and long-lasting.

Are your fragrances unisex?

Yes. Oud fragrances are traditionally unisex. The woody, earthy character of oud works well for all genders. Specific blends may lean warmer or fresher, but there are no gender restrictions.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, all orders ship free within the United States with no minimum purchase. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only to US addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Can I return a fragrance I have opened?

For hygiene reasons, opened fragrance bottles cannot be returned unless defective. Contact us if you received a damaged or incorrect item.

Storage & Care

How should I store my oud oil?

Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. The amber glass bottle protects the oil from light degradation. Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use to preserve the fragrance.

How long does oud oil last?

Properly stored oud oil can last 3-5 years. The fragrance may deepen and mature over time, which is normal for natural oils. If the scent changes significantly or develops an off note, it may be past its prime.
